Dental Website Design That Answers Patient Questions.

A patient with a cracked tooth compares three practice sites at lunch, all with the same stock smile. Yours lists twenty procedures in one bullet list, and the form demands an insurance ID before it sends. They call the office two blocks over. We build a page per procedure and a one-handed request form.

  • Implants, clear aligners, extractions, crowns, sedation, and emergency care are six different searches. One Services page ranks for none of them and answers none of them.
  • The two questions that decide the call are insurance and cost. A site that ducks both loses to the practice that answers them on the page.
  • Stock photos of models with perfect teeth read as a template. Photos of your office, your chairs, and your team do more for trust than any headline.

What keeps the phone quiet

Why most dental websites do not fill the schedule.

The same site as every practice

Dental website vendors ship one layout to every practice in the state, with the same stock smile and the same paragraph about gentle, caring dentistry. A patient comparing three sites cannot tell them apart, so they pick on reviews instead.

One page for twenty procedures

A bulleted list of services under a single Services heading. Someone searching for dental implants or a same day crown gets a page that mentions their procedure once, in a list, and says nothing about what it costs or how long it takes.

Nowhere to say yes

The patient decided to book. The number is plain text in the header, the form asks for a date of birth and an insurance ID before it will send, and the page takes four seconds to load. They close it and call the practice two blocks over.

What you get

Built to book the job.

A page for every procedure

Implants, clear aligners, crowns and bridges, extractions and wisdom teeth, root canals, sedation, whitening, pediatric, and emergency care. Each written to match one search and answer what that patient actually wants to know.

The new patient page that closes

Insurance plans you accept, how you handle patients without insurance, financing options, what the first visit involves, and forms they can fill out before they arrive. The two questions that decide the call get answered on the page.

An emergency page that reads at 9pm

Whether you see same day emergencies, what to do with a knocked out tooth or an abscess before they get to you, and a number that dials with one tap. This traffic is urgent, mobile, and after hours.

Real photos, real bios

Your office, your operatories, your team, and a bio for each doctor and hygienist with training and what they actually do all day. Patients are choosing a person, not a logo.

Booking that works on a phone

A three field request form, a tap to call button that follows the screen, and online scheduling if you use it. With Grow, every request gets a text back within seconds and missed calls get a text, so the 4:45pm inquiry does not sit until Monday. Part of Grow

Built so the ranking work has something to rank

Fast on a phone, clean structure, titles written per procedure, and your name, address, and phone matched to your Google profile. The map pack, review, and campaign side lives with the marketing team. Dental marketing

  • “Clint took my company's project much further than I ever expected. His tech experience was fantastic, but even more than that, he guided me in directions I hadn't anticipated. We hadn't planned on some of the changes he suggested, but he made it all bigger, better and bolder.”

  • “Clint and the team at Blaksheep have truly exceeded our expectations. From day one, the communication was clear, prompt, and professional. We were never left guessing where things stood. The work they've done on our website and social media presence has been outstanding.it looks great, functions seamlessly, and really captures the essence of our brand. We're so grateful to have found a team that combines creative talent with such reliability and responsiveness. We're genuinely excited to continue growing with Blaksheep and can't recommend them highly enough!"”

  • “Shoutout to our IT wizard for fixing our work email and saving us all from a slow descent into chaos, carrier pigeons, and “did you get my message?” debates. He calmly swooped in, pushed some mysterious buttons only he understands, and—like magic—emails started working again. No dramatic sighs. No eye-rolling (at least not where we could see it). Just quiet competence and the subtle confidence of someone who knows we would’ve absolutely made it worse if we tried ourselves. Emails are flowing. Productivity is restored. Sanity levels have stabilized.”

  • “I cannot RAVE and PRAISE enough about who Clint is as a person AND the amount of talent he holds. Genuine, funny, relaxed, and could not have asked for a better graphic designer to work with. When everyone else didn’t meet the expectations I needed for a really personal project, Clint exceeded above and beyond. THANK YOU to this man and the quality work he resulted me with. I will FOREVER use him in any and all design projects going forward!!!”

    Megan TheriotGoogle review, 2026
  • ““BlakSheep Creative has completely changed how customers find my business.” Before working with Clint and the team, we were basically invisible online. Now we rank at the top of Google for all our core services — brush clearing, forestry mulching, land development — you name it. The leads we get are not just more frequent, they’re better quality. They took the time to understand our business, explained what they were doing in plain English, and followed through with results that speak for themselves. Couldn’t be happier with the service and support. If you own a service business in Livingston Parish and want to grow, this is the crew to call. – Adam Hodges Owner, Hodges Land Management Livingston, Louisiana”

The short answer

A dental website has about thirty seconds to answer three questions: do you do the procedure I need, do you take my insurance, and can I get in soon. We build dental websites with a page for every procedure you want more of, a new patient page that answers the money questions in plain numbers, real photos of the office and the people in it, and a request form that works one-handed. Fixed quote before we start, and the site is yours at launch.

Common questions about web design & development for dental practices

How much does a dental website cost?
Builds are priced per project and you get the number in writing after a 15-minute call, good for 30 days. The lower upfront route is Grow, where the build fee is waived and you pay monthly for the site and the follow up system. About six weeks from deposit to live.
How many pages does a dental website need?
One for every procedure you want more of, one for new patients, one for emergencies, and one per doctor. Most practices land between ten and twenty pages. Fewer than that and the site competes with itself for every procedure search you care about.
Should we list the insurance we take and what things cost?
List the plans. Patients filter on that before anything else, and hiding it sends them to a practice that does not. On price, a range with what changes it beats silence. You do not have to publish a fee schedule to answer the question honestly.
Do we need online scheduling, or is a form enough?
A short request form plus a phone number works if someone answers quickly. Real time scheduling helps most when you have open chairs to fill and a front desk that is stretched. Either way the response speed matters more than the tool.
What about patient information submitted through the site?
Keep the website form to what you need to call someone back: name, phone, and what they need. Health history, insurance IDs, and anything clinical belong in your patient portal or practice software, not in an email inbox. We wire the site to hand off to whatever you already use.
Do you work with practices outside Baton Rouge?
Yes. The build is the same anywhere. What changes is the local competition research and the pages written for your area, since the procedures patients search for and the plans they carry differ by market. We are in Denham Springs, work with practices across Louisiana, and take on clients out of state remotely.
