Web Design & Development

HVAC Web Design That Books the Call.

The first heat wave hits, and a homeowner stands in a hot hallway at 2am, phone in hand. Your site has one page for everything and a number they have to copy. The shop with a page for that job gets the call. We build HVAC sites with a page per job and click-to-call everywhere.

  • Heating and cooling get separate pages, because a page called “Heating & Air” competes with itself in both seasons and wins neither.
  • Every service-area city gets a real page, not a list of town names in the footer.
  • Replacement and sizing content is built in. A full changeout is your highest-ticket job and the most researched one.

What keeps the phone quiet

Why most HVAC company websites don’t pay for themselves.

One page for everything

“Heating and Air Conditioning Services” is one page trying to rank for two seasons. Google ranks pages that answer one problem. It loses to the competitor with a page for AC repair and another for furnace repair.

Nothing about the replacement

The homeowner researching a new system reads for days before calling. If your site says nothing about sizing, SEER ratings, financing, or what install day looks like, they read somebody else’s page and call them.

Built for a desk, used from a driveway

Most HVAC traffic is a phone in a hot house. If the number isn’t a button, the form has nine fields, or the page takes four seconds to load, that call goes to whoever answered first.

“Mr clint is an amazing guy who is extremely professional and responsive, when it comes to the service he provides. His website building and promoting skills are top tier.”

What you get

Built to book the job.

A page for every job

AC repair, AC installation, furnace repair, heat pumps, maintenance agreements, indoor air quality, ductwork. Each one written to rank for its own searches.

City pages that actually say something

One page per town you serve, with the streets, subdivisions, and the equipment you see there. Not a template with the city name swapped.

Replacement content that sells

Sizing, efficiency, financing, and the install-day walkthrough, written to turn a repair call into a changeout.

The 60 seconds after they click

With Grow Pro, every form and call gets a text back within seconds, missed calls get a text, bookings happen online, and every lead sits in one pipeline with Facebook and Instagram messages beside it. A website alone does nothing in that minute. This does. Part of Grow

Click-to-call everywhere

Sticky call button on mobile, a three-field form, and a booking link if you use one. Every lead lands in your CRM with the page it came from.

Reviews on the page

Your Google reviews pulled onto the service pages that need them, with schema so the stars can show in search.

Google Business Profile wired in

Same name, address, and phone as your profile, service areas matched, and the map pack work done alongside the site.

  • “We had a great experience working with BlakSheep Creative! Clint was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He was always willing to help and made sure everything was taken care of. We truly appreciate his work and would definitely recommend BlakSheep Creative to anyone looking for a great website company!”

  • “Clint took my company's project much further than I ever expected. His tech experience was fantastic, but even more than that, he guided me in directions I hadn't anticipated. We hadn't planned on some of the changes he suggested, but he made it all bigger, better and bolder.”

  • “Clint and the team at Blaksheep have truly exceeded our expectations. From day one, the communication was clear, prompt, and professional. We were never left guessing where things stood. The work they've done on our website and social media presence has been outstanding.it looks great, functions seamlessly, and really captures the essence of our brand. We're so grateful to have found a team that combines creative talent with such reliability and responsiveness. We're genuinely excited to continue growing with Blaksheep and can't recommend them highly enough!"”

  • “Shoutout to our IT wizard for fixing our work email and saving us all from a slow descent into chaos, carrier pigeons, and “did you get my message?” debates. He calmly swooped in, pushed some mysterious buttons only he understands, and—like magic—emails started working again. No dramatic sighs. No eye-rolling (at least not where we could see it). Just quiet competence and the subtle confidence of someone who knows we would’ve absolutely made it worse if we tried ourselves. Emails are flowing. Productivity is restored. Sanity levels have stabilized.”

  • “I cannot RAVE and PRAISE enough about who Clint is as a person AND the amount of talent he holds. Genuine, funny, relaxed, and could not have asked for a better graphic designer to work with. When everyone else didn’t meet the expectations I needed for a really personal project, Clint exceeded above and beyond. THANK YOU to this man and the quality work he resulted me with. I will FOREVER use him in any and all design projects going forward!!!”

    Megan TheriotGoogle review, 2026
  • ““BlakSheep Creative has completely changed how customers find my business.” Before working with Clint and the team, we were basically invisible online. Now we rank at the top of Google for all our core services — brush clearing, forestry mulching, land development — you name it. The leads we get are not just more frequent, they’re better quality. They took the time to understand our business, explained what they were doing in plain English, and followed through with results that speak for themselves. Couldn’t be happier with the service and support. If you own a service business in Livingston Parish and want to grow, this is the crew to call. – Adam Hodges Owner, Hodges Land Management Livingston, Louisiana”

Common questions about web design & development for hvac companies

How much does a HVAC website cost?
Website builds are priced per project, and you get the number in writing after a 15-minute call, good for 30 days. The more affordable way to own one is Grow Pro: the build fee is waived and you pay a monthly plan for the site plus the follow-up system behind it. Or take the one-time build with month-to-month hosting, or the 12-month website-and-marketing plan. About six weeks from deposit to live.
Should heating and cooling be separate pages?
Yes. A page that covers both competes with itself in both seasons. Google ranks pages that answer one problem, so AC repair, furnace repair, and installation each get their own page with their own title, copy, and reviews. It is the single biggest ranking fix on most HVAC sites.
How many city pages should an HVAC company have?
One for every city you will actually roll a truck to, and none for cities you will not. A city page has to say something real about that place or Google treats it as a doorway page. We write them from your service history, not from a template.
Can a website help us sell more replacements instead of repairs?
That is what the replacement content is for. Homeowners research a new system for days. Pages on sizing, efficiency ratings, financing, and what install day looks like catch that research and turn a repair call into a changeout quote.
How long until the new site brings in calls?
Emergency-repair searches respond first, usually within a few weeks of launch once the pages are indexed. Replacement and city-page rankings build over a season. We time the build so the ranking work is finished before the season it was built to catch.
Do you work with HVAC companies outside Louisiana?
Yes. The site is built the same way anywhere; what changes is the city pages and the local competition research. We are in Denham Springs and work with HVAC companies across Baton Rouge and beyond, remotely where needed.
