Google Business Profile

Title Company Google Business Profile That Brings Walk-Ins.

The paperwork is due, the lunch break is short, and the map shows several title offices. Yours has old hours, no services and a blurry photo of the sign, so they drive to the one that looks open and sure of itself. We rebuild the profile so the searcher walks through your door.

  • In a walk-in trade, the profile is the storefront. Hours, parking and a photo of the front door decide the visit before the website does.
  • Google matches a search for a title transfer or a notary partly against the services on your profile. Listing each one gives it something to match.
  • Document requirements and fees vary by state and by transaction. They belong on your website, written from your own office’s list, not on the profile.
  • Google no longer offers the questions and answers feature on Business Profiles, so the questions customers ask belong in your services, your description and the FAQ on your website.

What keeps the phone quiet

Why the office across town gets the walk-in.

Hours that cost a wasted drive

The profile still shows last year’s closing time. A customer leaves work early, arrives at a locked door, and writes the review from the parking lot. That review then costs the next visit too.

Notary listed, titles nowhere

The listing says notary public and nothing more. Someone searching for a title transfer office sees competitors whose categories and services say so, and your office never enters the comparison.

No photo of the front door

The only image is a logo. A customer pulling into a shopping center cannot tell which door is yours or where to park, and a first visit that starts confused rarely ends with a good review.

“Our website build with BlakSheep was the type of experience that you want to share and brag about. Very responsive, organized, to the point with our design. The creativeness of Clint provided us exactly what we wanted and needed. Would definitely use them again and recommend them!”

What you get

Built to book the job.

Categories checked at setup

Your primary category set to the closest match in Google’s current list, confirmed when we do the work, with secondary categories only for services the office really provides, so a title search and a notary search can both find you.

Every transaction as its own service

Title transfers, duplicate titles, notarizations, mobile notary visits and whatever else the office handles, each with a plain description. The documents and fees on your website come from you, because they vary by state.

Hours that match the door

Regular hours, holiday closures and any lunch closure, matching your website exactly, with the same name, phone and address on the major directories. A profile call you miss mid-signing gets a text back with Grow. Grow for title and notary offices

Photos of the storefront and counter

The building from the street, the entrance, the parking and the counter where customers sign, so a first visit starts at the right door. Real photos of your office, never stock images, and never a document in frame.

Posts that prevent wasted trips

Regular posts on holiday closures, busy days and reminders to check your what-to-bring page first, so customers arrive ready. Common questions go in your services and website FAQ, since Google has retired the questions and answers feature.

A review routine from day one

A customer who leaves with the transaction finished in one visit is the right person to ask, before they reach the car. Collecting and answering reviews is its own job. Reputation management for title and notary offices

The short answer

A title company Google Business Profile is the listing that decides whether your office appears when someone searches title company near me, which SE Ranking puts at 27,100 US searches a month, or notary near me, at 550,000. We check your categories, list each transaction you handle as its own service, match hours to your website, add photos of the storefront and counter, and post what customers should know before they come in.

Common questions about google business profile for auto title & notary services

What Google category should a title and notary office use?
The closest match to the work you do most, chosen from Google’s current list, which we check at setup because it changes. An office that mostly handles vehicle titles and one that mostly notarizes need different primaries. Secondary categories go only to services you truly provide, so the listing says plainly what the office is.
Should the profile list required documents and fees?
Keep the profile short and let your website carry the details. Requirements and fees vary by state, by transaction and over time, so they belong on pages you control, written from your own office’s list. The profile names each service, and its website link leads to the page with the specifics.
How do we handle holiday closures?
Set special hours on the profile before each closure, not on the day. Google shows them to anyone checking whether you are open, and an office that looks open on a holiday sends people to a locked door. We keep a calendar of your closures and update the profile and website together.
Can customers still ask questions on our profile?
No. Google has discontinued the questions and answers feature on Business Profiles, so we do not sell it. What customers ask, such as whether you offer mobile visits or need an appointment, goes into your services, your description and the FAQ on your website, where Google and the customer can both read it.
Do we need a separate profile for mobile notary work?
Usually not. A profile represents the business, and a mobile service is better shown by setting a service area alongside your office and listing mobile visits as a service. Duplicate listings for one business can break Google’s guidelines and split your reviews. We check your setup against the current rules.
How fast does profile work show up?
Category, service and hours fixes can change where you appear within a few weeks, which makes this the quickest part of local search. Reviews build more slowly, and nobody controls how far a customer is from your door. Starting the review routine the same day is what closes the gap over time.
