Reputation Management

Title Company Reviews, Asked For After Every Transaction.

Most customers leave your counter relieved, holding paperwork they dreaded, and say nothing online. The one who waited behind a dealer’s stack of titles writes a review. That becomes what the next person reads on the map. We send every customer a review request when their transaction closes and answer every review.

  • People choosing a title or notary office are often in a hurry and under stress, and they lean on the newest reviews to judge whether the office will be quick and clear.
  • Asking every customer right after the transaction, while the relief is fresh, keeps reviews coming. Asking only the ones who seemed pleased breaks Google’s policies.
  • A reply never mentions the customer’s transaction, a death in the family or a document they brought. It thanks them, speaks to the concern in general terms and takes the details offline.
  • Google’s policies prohibit offering incentives for reviews, and the FTC rule in force since October 2024 bans fake reviews and rewards tied to positive ones.

What keeps the phone quiet

Why busy title offices end up with thin profiles.

The counter never slows down

Between walk-ins, dealer drop-offs and a signing in the back office, nobody has a minute to ask for a review. Customers leave relieved, and months pass without a new one while the service stays good.

Turned away over paperwork

Someone made the trip missing a document and had to come back. Their review blames the office, sits unanswered, and the next person comparing offices on the map reads it before anything else.

Replies that say too much

An owner answers a complaint by explaining what the customer forgot to bring for a late parent’s car. The facts may be right, but now a stranger’s family business is public, and every reader notices.

“A pleasure to work with this company. Easy going and understands what the costumer wants. I look forward to work with this company again.”

What you get

Built to book the job.

A request after every transaction

A text with a one-tap link to your Google review box, sent when a transfer, registration or notarization is complete. With Grow it goes out from the appointment record, not from whoever is working the counter remembering at closing time. Grow for title and notary services

Problems reach you first

The same message asks how the visit went. Anyone who left frustrated gets a call from the office that day. Everyone still gets the review link, because filtering who is asked breaks Google’s policies.

Every review answered, privately

Each review gets a reply in your voice: a short thank you for a good one, and a calm answer for a bad one that never names the transaction, the vehicle or the family circumstances behind it.

Paperwork complaints handled honestly

When someone was turned away for a missing document, the reply apologizes for the extra trip and points to your what-to-bring page. Document requirements vary by state, so the checklist and its wording come from you, not from us.

Policy reports, not removals

Fake reviews, posts from someone who was never a customer and reviews meant for another office, such as the state motor vehicle office, are reported with the specific Google policy cited. Google decides. A genuine complaint stays up and gets a reply.

Reviews on your service pages

A review about a title transfer placed on the title transfer page, a notary review on the notary page, with review markup only where those reviews are visible on the page.

The profile the stars sit on

The short answer

Title company reviews are how someone picks an office for a title transfer or notarization they want done today, and SE Ranking shows 260 US searches a month for the phrase. We send a review request after every transaction, reply to every review without repeating anyone’s personal details, answer wait time and paperwork complaints honestly, report only reviews that break Google’s policies, and place real reviews on your service pages.

Common questions about reputation management for auto title & notary services

When should a title office ask for a review?
Right after the transaction is finished, by text, while the customer is still relieved it went smoothly. Waiting until the end of the week loses most of them. Ask every customer, walk-ins and appointments alike, keep it to one tap, and never tie it to anything they receive.
How should we reply when someone was turned away for missing paperwork?
Apologize for the extra trip without blaming them, say the office wants every visit to be one visit, and point to the page that lists what to bring. Do not list their documents or circumstances in the reply. Requirements vary by state, so we write the reply around the checklist you give us.
Can a reply mention why the customer came in?
No. A title transfer after a death, a lien release or a power of attorney is private, even if the customer mentioned it in the review. Thank them, speak to the service in general terms, and invite them to call the office. The next reader learns more from your tone than from the details.
Can we take something off the fee for a review?
No. Google’s policies prohibit offering anything in exchange for a review, and the FTC rule in force since October 2024 bans fake reviews and rewards tied to positive ones. Ask every customer the same way, with nothing attached, make it one tap, and let honest reviews build the rating over time.
Can you get a bad review removed?
Only if it breaks Google’s policies, such as a fake review, one from someone who was never a customer, or one meant for a different office. We report those with the policy cited, and Google decides. A genuine complaint about your office stays up, so the reply is what you control.
Can we only send the review link to happy customers?
No. Sending the link only to customers who said they were satisfied is review gating, and Google’s policies prohibit it. Ask everyone. The same message can ask how the visit went so you hear about a problem first, but every one of them still gets the review link.
