Title Authority is an auto title and notary firm in Covington, Louisiana. Owner Louis Dutel handles some of the most detail-heavy vehicle paperwork in the state: inherited vehicle transfers, acts of donation, title corrections and duplicate titles.
We rebuilt the website in October 2025. Search Console began recording the new site on October 19. This is what the first year looked like.
What We Built
The old site did not explain what the firm does in terms a customer would search for. We mapped every service Title Authority offers, gave each one its own page, and wrote guides that answer the questions people type into Google before they ever call a notary: how to transfer a title, what to do with a vehicle after a death, which form the state wants.

“Our commitment is simple, to treat every customer like a neighbor and every document like it’s our own. BlakSheep Creative helped us translate that into a website we’re proud of.”
Louis Dutel, Owner, Title Authority LLC

What Other Businesses Can Take From This
Title work is confusing, and people search for answers before they search for a provider. One guide on transferring a Louisiana vehicle title drew 191,363 impressions by itself. Guides bring the reader in, and the service pages next to them turn that reader into a customer.
The pattern holds for any business that sells a process people do once or twice in their lives. Explain the process better than the state website does, and you become the place people go to get it done.
The project itself is in our portfolio: Title Authority website project. If you want the same kind of result, start with our website design for auto title and notary services, or see how we approach search engine optimization.
