Web Design & Development
Mandeville Web Design for Girod Street and Highway 190.
Your shop in Mandeville sits a block off the lake, and the visitor choosing where to eat or browse is staring at a phone. Your site shows last season’s hours and not one photo, so they walk to the place that looks open. We build sites that answer those questions first, and you own yours.
- A Girod Street shop is found by people who are already nearby and deciding on foot. Current hours, photos of the room, and a menu or product list that loads quickly do more there than a long homepage.
- Along US 190 a local company is listed beside national brands with far bigger ad budgets. The site wins by showing what a chain cannot: the owner, the crew, the finished work, and a person who picks up.
- Many Mandeville residents cross the Causeway for work and can hire on either side of the lake. Saying plainly that you are a north shore company, and which towns you drive to, answers their first question.
- Our three build prices are public. Yours is fixed in a written quote before a deposit, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
What keeps the phone quiet
Where Mandeville websites lose the customer.
Hours from two seasons ago
The lakefront is busier on a spring weekend than on a weekday in January, and shops adjust. When nobody on staff can change the website, it keeps announcing the old schedule and people show up to a locked door once.
It could be any franchise on the highway
Stock photos, a slogan, and a form. Nothing tells a homeowner in Beau Chêne or off LA 22 that a family from St. Tammany runs the company, which is the one advantage a chain cannot copy.
Silent about which side of the lake
The site never states where you travel. Someone in Madisonville or Lacombe has to call to learn whether you come out that far, and most people will not make that call.
“Clint at BlakSheep Creative is incredible! His proactiveness and service are such a rarity in his business category! I can't wait to see how his business and mine both grow in 2021!”
What you get
What a Mandeville site from us includes.
A phone-first page for the walk-up customer
For Old Mandeville shops and restaurants: today’s hours at the top, a map, tap to call, and your own photos of the room, the plates, or the shelves, kept light so it opens fast on cell data by the seawall.
Service pages with the owner in them
For contractors, clinics, and home service companies on the 190 side: one page per job you want more of, written in the words customers use, with your crew and your trucks in the pictures instead of stock models.
Town pages along your real route
Mandeville first, then Madisonville, Covington, Abita Springs, or Lacombe only where you actually work, each describing what you do there. The search plan behind those pages is its own service. How we handle Mandeville SEO
The nearest proof: a title office in Covington
Title Authority is an auto title and notary firm in Covington. We rebuilt its website in October 2025. From October 19, 2025 through October 2, 2026 the site was clicked 10,960 times in Google, growing from 41 clicks in its first month to 1,310 in September 2026. Read the Title Authority case study

alejandra serranoGoogle review, 2026 “Clint took my company's project much further than I ever expected. His tech experience was fantastic, but even more than that, he guided me in directions I hadn't anticipated. We hadn't planned on some of the changes he suggested, but he made it all bigger, better and bolder.”
Christy GilfourGoogle review, 2026 “Clint and the team at Blaksheep have truly exceeded our expectations. From day one, the communication was clear, prompt, and professional. We were never left guessing where things stood. The work they've done on our website and social media presence has been outstanding.it looks great, functions seamlessly, and really captures the essence of our brand. We're so grateful to have found a team that combines creative talent with such reliability and responsiveness. We're genuinely excited to continue growing with Blaksheep and can't recommend them highly enough!"”
Brandon CurryGoogle review, 2026 “Shoutout to our IT wizard for fixing our work email and saving us all from a slow descent into chaos, carrier pigeons, and “did you get my message?” debates. He calmly swooped in, pushed some mysterious buttons only he understands, and—like magic—emails started working again. No dramatic sighs. No eye-rolling (at least not where we could see it). Just quiet competence and the subtle confidence of someone who knows we would’ve absolutely made it worse if we tried ourselves. Emails are flowing. Productivity is restored. Sanity levels have stabilized.”
Becky WardGoogle review, 2026 “I cannot RAVE and PRAISE enough about who Clint is as a person AND the amount of talent he holds. Genuine, funny, relaxed, and could not have asked for a better graphic designer to work with. When everyone else didn’t meet the expectations I needed for a really personal project, Clint exceeded above and beyond. THANK YOU to this man and the quality work he resulted me with. I will FOREVER use him in any and all design projects going forward!!!”
Megan TheriotGoogle review, 2026 ““BlakSheep Creative has completely changed how customers find my business.” Before working with Clint and the team, we were basically invisible online. Now we rank at the top of Google for all our core services — brush clearing, forestry mulching, land development — you name it. The leads we get are not just more frequent, they’re better quality. They took the time to understand our business, explained what they were doing in plain English, and followed through with results that speak for themselves. Couldn’t be happier with the service and support. If you own a service business in Livingston Parish and want to grow, this is the crew to call. – Adam Hodges Owner, Hodges Land Management Livingston, Louisiana”

The short answer
Mandeville sits on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain at the foot of the Causeway, in St. Tammany Parish. It is really two markets: Old Mandeville, with the boutiques and restaurants around Girod Street and the lakefront, and the US 190 corridor, where local companies trade next to national chains. We build websites for both from Denham Springs, about an hour west on I-12. A custom site is $3,500 for up to five pages, $5,500 for up to ten, and $8,500 for up to twenty, quoted in writing. We have not built for a Mandeville business yet. Our closest client is a title office in Covington.
