Day Spa Website Design That Keeps Every Room Booked.

Late on a Sunday night, someone decides they need a massage this week and picks up their phone. Your site opens on a slow video and a quote about tranquility, with no prices, no times and no booking button. The spa that shows Thursday at two gets the guest. We build spa sites that book.

  • Guests shop by treatment and length: a 60 or 90 minute massage, a facial, a body wrap. A menu that lists names without prices or times sends them to a spa that shows both.
  • Gift cards and packages sell in bursts before the holidays, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day. A page of their own, ready ahead of those weeks, sells them while the front desk is busy.
  • First-time guests worry about the visit itself: what to wear, when to arrive, how tipping and cancellations work. Answering that on the site removes the reason to call.
  • The guest who books again is worth more than the one who came once. The site and the follow up after a visit should both make rebooking easy.

What keeps the phone quiet

Why most day spa websites look calm and book nothing.

Pretty, slow and silent on price

A full-screen video of candles and water, a script font and a menu with treatment names only. The page loads slowly on a phone, the guest cannot tell what a facial costs, and they go back to the search results.

Gift cards behind a phone call

Someone wants to buy a gift card the night before a birthday. The site says call the front desk, which is closed. They buy one from a spa that sells them online, and that spa gets the recipient too.

No idea what to expect

A first-time guest has never had a body treatment and does not know what to wear, how early to arrive or what happens in the room. Nothing on the site says, so the nervous ones never book.

“Clint at BlakSheep Creative is the real deal. He gets it—fast, smart, and no fluff. Took my vision and made it sharper than I thought possible. If you want someone who understands branding, design, and execution on a next-level scale, Clint’s your guy. 5 stars all day.”

What you get

Built to keep every room booked.

A treatment menu with prices and lengths

Massage, facials, body treatments, nail and add-on services, each with its length, its price or starting price, and a plain description of what happens. Booking sits beside every item.

Booking one tap from every page

A book now button in the header, on the menu and on each treatment page, connected to the booking system you already use so your rooms, therapists and cancellation rules apply. If you have none, Grow’s booking covers it.

Packages, couples visits and gift cards

A page for each package and for couples and group visits, with what is included and how long it takes, plus a gift card page that sells online at any hour. Ready before the holiday weeks.

A first visit page

What to wear, when to arrive, how the room works, how tipping, late arrivals and cancellations are handled, and parking. The questions the front desk answers all day, answered once.

Photos of your rooms and people

Your treatment rooms, the relaxation area, the entrance and your therapists, with their permission. Stock photos of stones and orchids make every spa look the same; your own rooms show guests where they will be.

Rebooking and reminders with Grow

Grow waives the build fee and adds missed call text back while every therapist is with a guest, appointment reminders, rebooking reminders after a visit and gift card promotions before the holidays. Grow for day spas

  • “I wanted to express my personal gratitude for your help with my project on Saturday. For taking my seeds and bringing such vibrant blooms to life. It was truly a relief to find a reliable and helpful business like yours. As per our brief conversation, I have hired several small businesses but have been dissatisfied with their results. BlakSheep Creative, Mr. Clint S. put on the “Red Cape” and saved my day. Thank you for the above and beyond services.”

  • “I found the Blaksheep Creative team when I was overloaded with work and didn't have enough hours in the day. As an agency owner, I had tried several avenues to outsource website work. Each one was a miss. Then when I started to miss deadlines I decided to try one more time. Clint and BlakSheep came highly recommended and I contracted to work with them on a website project and quickly followed that up with a giant website build. It's so easy to work with them. Quick response time (even at my odd hours!) and more than just design help. No only is the design on point, but you get so much more. Recommendations, complete SEO knowledge, all the backend technical stuff that needs to be setup, and so much more. 10/10, highly recommend and I'm excited to work with them on our next project!”

I tried my hardest to throw problem after problem at them, but the conquered the task every time without any issues. Their prices are very reasonable for the level of service provided. If you want it done right the first time, choose Blaksheep.”

The short answer

Day spa website design should turn the urge for a massage or a facial into a booked room. We build a treatment menu with prices and lengths, pages for packages, couples visits and gift cards, booking one tap from every page, a first visit page that answers what to wear and when to arrive, and photos of your real rooms. Fixed quote in writing. You own the site at launch.

Common questions about web design & development for day spas

What should a day spa website include?
A treatment menu with prices and lengths, booking one tap from every page, pages for packages and couples visits, gift cards that sell online, a first visit page covering what to wear and when to arrive, photos of your real rooms, reviews, and hours and directions that match your Google profile.
Can the site connect to the booking software we already use?
Usually, yes. Most spa booking systems offer a booking link or an embed, and we build the site around the one you run so rooms, therapists and cancellation rules stay in one place. We confirm it on the call. If you have no system, Grow’s online booking covers it.
Should we list prices on the website?
Yes, at least starting prices by length. A guest choosing between a 60 and a 90 minute massage wants to see the difference, and a menu with no numbers makes them call or leave. Note what changes the price, such as add-ons or weekend rates, so nobody is surprised.
Can we sell gift cards on the website?
Yes. A gift card page that takes payment online sells at midnight before a birthday and through the holiday rush without the front desk. Where your booking system sells gift cards, the page uses it, so balances stay in one place. We confirm what yours supports at the quote.
We are a day spa, not a medical spa. Does that change the site?
Yes. A day spa site sells the visit: massage, facials, body treatments, packages and the time away. It should not borrow medical language or make health claims. The menu describes what happens in the room in plain words, and the photos show the space guests will relax in.
How much does day spa website design cost?
Custom websites start at $3,500 for up to five pages, with a fixed quote in writing after a 15-minute call. The website and marketing plan is $500 a month for 12 months with the build fee waived, and Grow bundles the site with booking and follow up. Reduced rates exist, so ask.
