Google Business Profile

A Day Spa Google Business Profile That Fills the Rooms.

Two friends planning a spa afternoon search for a day spa nearby and scroll the map together. One listing shows treatment rooms, a menu of services and a booking button. Yours shows a logo, old hours and no services, and they never tap it. We fix the profile so the map sells the visit.

  • The map answers day spa near me and massage near me searches before any website does, so the profile is where most first visits are decided.
  • Massage, facials, body treatments and packages are separate searches. Listing each one as a service gives Google something to match.
  • Photos sell a spa more than words do. Real treatment rooms and the relaxation area show a guest where they will spend the afternoon.
  • Google no longer offers the questions and answers feature on Business Profiles, so questions about prices, what to wear and gift cards belong in the description and the FAQ on your website.

What keeps the phone quiet

Why guests tap the spa next to you on the map.

A category that sends the wrong guests

The profile was set up under a category that does not match how the spa works, or one that reads as a medical clinic. Guests looking for a massage or a facial skip past, and the calls that do come in are for services you do not offer.

No treatments, no booking link

The listing shows a name and a phone number. A guest who wants a couples massage this weekend sees nothing that says you offer one and no way to book, so they tap the listing that shows both.

Stock photos and a logo

The images are a logo and a stock photo of stones and a flower. Guests want to see the room they will lie down in. The spa beside you on the map shows its rooms, and that is the one they choose.

“Clint at BlakSheep Creative is the real deal. He gets it—fast, smart, and no fluff. Took my vision and made it sharper than I thought possible. If you want someone who understands branding, design, and execution on a next-level scale, Clint’s your guy. 5 stars all day.”

What you get

Built to book the job.

Categories checked at setup

Your primary category set to the closest match in Google’s current list, confirmed on the day we do it, with secondaries only for work the spa really does, such as massage or facials. Nothing that reads as medical.

Every treatment listed one by one

Each massage, facial, body treatment, package and couples visit entered as its own service with its length, a plain description and a starting price where you publish one.

A booking link that opens your calendar

The profile’s booking link pointed at the online booking you already use, or at Grow’s booking if you have none, so a guest can choose a time without calling. Grow for day spas

Hours set ahead for every season

Regular hours, holiday hours and any extended hours in the gift card weeks set ahead of time to match your website, with the same name, phone and address on the major directories.

Photos of your rooms and your people

The entrance, the reception area, the relaxation area, the treatment rooms and your therapists, with their permission, added on a schedule. Never a guest without written consent.

Posts before the gift-giving weeks

Short posts about packages and gift cards before the holidays, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, plus new treatments when you add them, each linking to the matching page on your site.

Reviews asked for after the visit

Profile fixes can move quickly; reviews build over months. The ask goes out while the guest is still relaxed. Collecting and answering reviews is its own job. Reputation management for day spas

  • “I wanted to express my personal gratitude for your help with my project on Saturday. For taking my seeds and bringing such vibrant blooms to life. It was truly a relief to find a reliable and helpful business like yours. As per our brief conversation, I have hired several small businesses but have been dissatisfied with their results. BlakSheep Creative, Mr. Clint S. put on the “Red Cape” and saved my day. Thank you for the above and beyond services.”

  • “I found the Blaksheep Creative team when I was overloaded with work and didn't have enough hours in the day. As an agency owner, I had tried several avenues to outsource website work. Each one was a miss. Then when I started to miss deadlines I decided to try one more time. Clint and BlakSheep came highly recommended and I contracted to work with them on a website project and quickly followed that up with a giant website build. It's so easy to work with them. Quick response time (even at my odd hours!) and more than just design help. No only is the design on point, but you get so much more. Recommendations, complete SEO knowledge, all the backend technical stuff that needs to be setup, and so much more. 10/10, highly recommend and I'm excited to work with them on our next project!”

I tried my hardest to throw problem after problem at them, but the conquered the task every time without any issues. Their prices are very reasonable for the level of service provided. If you want it done right the first time, choose Blaksheep.”

The short answer

A day spa Google Business Profile decides whether you show in the map when someone searches for a day spa, a massage or a facial nearby. We confirm your categories against Google’s current list, enter each treatment as its own service, set holiday and seasonal hours ahead of time, add your booking link, match the profile to your website and add photos of your real rooms and people.

Common questions about google business profile for day spas

What Google category should a day spa use?
The closest match to your main work from Google’s current list, which we check at setup because it changes. A day spa built around massage and one built around skin care may need different setups. Secondary categories go on only for work the spa really does, and nothing that suggests medical treatment.
Can guests book straight from our profile?
Yes, if your booking system offers a booking link, which most do. We add it to the profile so a guest can pick a time without calling. If you do not use online booking yet, Grow’s booking can fill that role. We test the link on a phone before we hand over.
Should our profile show treatment rates?
Starting prices help. A guest comparing spas in the map is deciding quickly, and a massage listed with its length and a starting price answers the first question. Keep the prices the same as your website and update both together when the menu changes, so nobody arrives expecting an old rate.
We also offer some medical spa services. Does that matter?
It can. A day spa and a medical spa are different kinds of business to Google and to guests. The profile should describe what most guests come for. If you offer clinical services under a separate practice, it may need its own setup, which we check against Google’s current guidance first.
What photos should a day spa add?
The front of the building so guests recognize it, the reception and relaxation areas, each treatment room set up and lit as guests see it, and your therapists, with their permission. Never photograph a guest without written consent. Add new photos regularly, especially when rooms or packages change.
How fast does profile work show up?
Category, treatment and hours fixes can change where you appear within a few weeks. Reviews build more slowly, and nobody controls how far a guest is from your spa. Doing the fixes in the fall means the profile is ready before the holiday gift card searches begin.
