Quick answer

Between October 3, 2025 and October 2, 2026, 86 Roof Rescue jobs came from Google and the company's website, more than from any other source. From May through September 2026 its Google Business Profile produced 41 calls, 268 direction requests and 123 website clicks.

Key takeaways

  • 86 jobs from Google and the website between October 3, 2025 and October 2, 2026.
  • Google and the website are Roof Rescue's largest source of jobs, ahead of referrals at 76.
  • 101 of the company's 252 jobs in that period were in Zachary, its home town.
  • Website forms now create the lead in the company's CRM automatically. 43 past inquiries that had never been entered were recovered when that went live.
  • The search ads we manage sent 1,958 visits to the website, and unpaid search sent 863.
  • The Google Business Profile drew 2,288 views, 41 calls and 268 direction requests from May through September 2026, with total interactions up 50% on the same months of 2025.

Roof Rescue is a roofing company in Zachary, Louisiana, founded by Chase Lord, a firefighter who went from running into burning buildings to fixing the roofs above them. We designed the company's website in 2024 and have kept working on it since.

Most case studies stop at clicks. Roof Rescue tracks where every job comes from, so this one goes further: how many jobs Google and the website brought in.

What We Built

The site follows the way we build websites for roofing contractors: each roofing service on its own page, with a project gallery, customer reviews and a blog for homeowners dealing with storm damage and insurance claims. It works the same on a phone as on a desktop.

The second piece of work is one a visitor never sees. Every lead form on the site used to send an email and nothing else, so a lead reached the company's CRM only if someone retyped it. In August 2026 we connected the forms to JobNimbus, the system Roof Rescue runs its jobs in. A request for a free inspection now arrives as a contact, tagged with the form it came from, without anyone copying it over.

When that went live we checked the older submissions against the CRM and found real homeowner inquiries that had never been entered. We added 43 of them, each marked as a past lead with its original date.

"We always knew the website brought in work. Now every request lands in the same place we run our jobs, and we can see which ones turned into roofs."

Chase Lord, Founder, Roof Rescue LLC

Where the Jobs Came From

Roof Rescue recorded 252 jobs between October 3, 2025 and October 2, 2026. This is how they break down by source.

Source Jobs
Google and the website 86
Referral 76
Repeat customer 28
Facebook 21
Friend or family 18
Networking group 9
Other 14
All jobs 252

Google and the website account for one job in three, split almost evenly between roof replacements and repairs.

Close to Home

Zachary is where Roof Rescue is based and where most of its work is. 101 of the 252 jobs were in Zachary. Baton Rouge, Clinton, Central, Baker, Jackson, Ethel and Slaughter follow.

The Google Business Profile

For a local roofer, the Google Business Profile that appears beside the map is often the first thing a homeowner sees. From May through September 2026, Roof Rescue's profile recorded 432 interactions, up 50% on the same five months of 2025:

Count
People who viewed the profile 2,288
Direction requests 268
Website clicks 123
Calls 41

Seven in ten of those views came from Google Search, and the rest from Google Maps.

Visits to the Website, and the Ads We Run

Google Analytics recorded 7,657 visits to the Roof Rescue website between October 3, 2025 and October 2, 2026. Google search sent 2,821 of them: 1,958 through the search ads we manage for the company and 863 from unpaid results. Whichever way a homeowner arrived, they landed on the same site, with the same service pages and the same request forms.

Google reported 5,362 different searches for the site that do not include the company name. 1,221 of them rank on page one and 501 rank in the top three. "Roofers near me" sits at an average position of 9.1 and "roof repair near me" at 9.7.

The searches that name Zachary, such as "roofers zachary la" and "roofing company zachary la", sit near position 20. That is page two, and moving them to page one is the next piece of work.

What Other Businesses Can Take From This

Count jobs, not clicks. Roof Rescue's website drew 513 clicks from search in a year, a small number. The same year, Google and the website produced 86 jobs. A local service company is found on the map and on its profile as much as on its website, and only a record of where each job came from shows that.

Send every form to the place you run your work. A lead that waits in an inbox to be retyped is a lead that gets lost. Roof Rescue had 43 of them.

Name your home town on its own page. Roof Rescue does four in ten of its jobs in Zachary, and its Zachary searches still have room to climb.
