What happens when something actually breaks
A maintenance plan is worth exactly what it does on a bad day. If your site goes down, our monitoring tells us before it tells you, and we start the restore without waiting for your call.
If a plugin update breaks a layout, we roll it back from the same day’s backup and then fix the underlying conflict, rather than leaving the plugin frozen at an old version. Compromise cleanup is included on Professional and Managed.

Core Web Vitals drift back down as content, plugins and third party scripts accumulate. We tune performance on a schedule and check it against real measurements, not a plugin’s own dashboard.

How we find problems before you do
We manage a fleet of client sites from one dashboard, so a plugin that breaks on one site is caught before it reaches the rest. We run automated accessibility audits against real browser rendering, not a checklist. And we read the error logs.
A recent example from our own site: one misconfigured setting was firing a PHP warning on nearly every page load. Nothing visibly broken, no complaint, nothing in any plugin dashboard. The server log showed 2,802 of them in a few hours. We traced it to a stored setting holding the wrong data type, corrected it, and confirmed the fix by reading the value back rather than trusting the save. Nobody would have reported that.

Stated plainly so there are no surprises on your invoice. Hosting is billed separately. New page builds and redesigns are project work. Paid ads, SEO campaigns and social media are separate services. Content and development beyond your included monthly time is quoted before we start it.

These are the questions that come up on almost every call, answered the way we would answer them on the phone.
How much should I pay someone to maintain my website?
For a small business site, $95 to $300 per month is the normal range in 2026. Under about $50 a month you are usually buying automated plugin updates with no human review. Our plans run $97 to $397.
What does website maintenance include?
At minimum: software updates, offsite backups, uptime monitoring and security scanning. A good plan adds performance monitoring, error log review and a report that tells you what actually happened. Ask any provider for a sample report before you sign up.
Can I hire someone to manage my website if you did not build it?
Yes. Most of our maintenance clients came to us with a site someone else built. We start with an audit of the current state, tell you what we found, and fix anything urgent before the first month’s plan work begins.
How long does website maintenance take each month?
The scheduled work runs 1 to 4 hours per month depending on plan and site size. You do not spend any of that time. The only thing we need from you is a decision when we find something that needs one.
Do I really need website maintenance if my site is working fine?
A site that is working fine today is running the same plugin versions that will be out of date next month. Maintenance is about the compromise you avoid and the backup that exists when you need it.
What is a website maintenance plan, exactly?
A flat monthly fee covering a defined list of recurring tasks and a defined response time. The important parts are what is on the list and how fast someone answers. Everything else is packaging.
Do you work with businesses outside Louisiana?
Yes. The work is remote. We are based in Denham Springs and serve Livingston Parish and Baton Rouge in person when it helps, but most maintenance clients we have never met face to face.
