Email Marketing
Email Marketing Gonzales, LA Events and Classes Fill Up On.
Last year’s show at the expo center drew a crowd, and every one of those people left without telling you how to reach them. This year you are buying ads to find the same faces again. We set up Gonzales sign-up lists so the next date starts with an audience.
- An event or class has a deadline, and deadlines are what make people open email. Registration opens, early pricing ends, gates open Saturday.
- Every ticket, registration, and vendor application is a sign-up if the form asks permission. Most Gonzales organizers collect the payment and throw away the contact.
- Shops and restaurants on the LA 30 corridor compete with Baton Rouge a short drive away. A list of regulars is something the bigger competitor up the interstate cannot copy.
What keeps the phone quiet
Why Gonzales businesses start from zero every season.
The crowd went home anonymous
Hundreds of people walked the vendor row or sat through a class, paid at a window or through an app, and left no way to be told about the next date.
Announcements that depend on a social feed
The date was posted once and shown to a fraction of your followers. The people most likely to come back, the ones who came before, mostly never saw it.
Vendors and sponsors chased by hand
Each year someone digs through old texts to find the food truck and the sponsor from last time. A tagged list would have reached all of them in one send.
“Absolutely outstanding. No matter the time of the day if I have a question I get quick responses. Highly recommend”
What you get
Built to book the job.
Forms that build the list as people register
HardyCo Showdown is a two-day truck, car, and off-road event at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center. The site we built sells wristbands, registers trucks, books campsites, and signs vendors and sponsors. Each of those is a separate group worth writing to before the next show. See the HardyCo Showdown site
A countdown series
Four to six dated messages for each event or enrollment period: save the date, registration open, price deadline, what to bring, last call. Written once and reused with new dates.
Class and course openings
Magnolia Driving Academy opened with no brand recognition. A year on, its site averages position 2.4 for driving school gonzales in Search Console. Families who find a school that way can be told when the next class has seats. Read the Magnolia Driving Academy case study
Separate lists for vendors and sponsors
Exhibitors, food vendors, and sponsors each get their own tag and their own timeline, which starts months before the public one.
A regulars list for shops and restaurants
A counter sign and a line on the receipt invite customers to join. They get a short note when something changes: a new menu, holiday hours, a weekend when the expo center has the town full.
Thank-you and feedback the Monday after
Attendees get a thank-you, a few photos, and one question about what to change. Replies arrive in a shared inbox through Grow. Part of Grow
Ads that only cover the gap
Once past attendees are reached by email, paid clicks are spent on new people only. Our Gonzales PPC page explains how that budget is set. Pay-per-click in Gonzales

How it works
Fixed quote. Fixed timeline. Yours when it’s done.
- 01
Find last year’s contacts
Ticket exports, registration sheets, vendor paperwork, and payment records, combined and checked for permission.
- 02
Fix the forms
Every place someone registers or pays gets a clear opt-in, so this year’s crowd is not lost the way the last one was.
- 03
Build the countdown
Dates set backward from the event, messages drafted, your approval on each.
- 04
Send, then debrief
After the event we compare registrations against send dates and keep the messages that moved people.

alejandra serranoGoogle review, 2026 “Clint took my company's project much further than I ever expected. His tech experience was fantastic, but even more than that, he guided me in directions I hadn't anticipated. We hadn't planned on some of the changes he suggested, but he made it all bigger, better and bolder.”
Christy GilfourGoogle review, 2026 “Clint and the team at Blaksheep have truly exceeded our expectations. From day one, the communication was clear, prompt, and professional. We were never left guessing where things stood. The work they've done on our website and social media presence has been outstanding.it looks great, functions seamlessly, and really captures the essence of our brand. We're so grateful to have found a team that combines creative talent with such reliability and responsiveness. We're genuinely excited to continue growing with Blaksheep and can't recommend them highly enough!"”
Brandon CurryGoogle review, 2026 “Shoutout to our IT wizard for fixing our work email and saving us all from a slow descent into chaos, carrier pigeons, and “did you get my message?” debates. He calmly swooped in, pushed some mysterious buttons only he understands, and—like magic—emails started working again. No dramatic sighs. No eye-rolling (at least not where we could see it). Just quiet competence and the subtle confidence of someone who knows we would’ve absolutely made it worse if we tried ourselves. Emails are flowing. Productivity is restored. Sanity levels have stabilized.”
Becky WardGoogle review, 2026 “I cannot RAVE and PRAISE enough about who Clint is as a person AND the amount of talent he holds. Genuine, funny, relaxed, and could not have asked for a better graphic designer to work with. When everyone else didn’t meet the expectations I needed for a really personal project, Clint exceeded above and beyond. THANK YOU to this man and the quality work he resulted me with. I will FOREVER use him in any and all design projects going forward!!!”
Megan TheriotGoogle review, 2026 ““BlakSheep Creative has completely changed how customers find my business.” Before working with Clint and the team, we were basically invisible online. Now we rank at the top of Google for all our core services — brush clearing, forestry mulching, land development — you name it. The leads we get are not just more frequent, they’re better quality. They took the time to understand our business, explained what they were doing in plain English, and followed through with results that speak for themselves. Couldn’t be happier with the service and support. If you own a service business in Livingston Parish and want to grow, this is the crew to call. – Adam Hodges Owner, Hodges Land Management Livingston, Louisiana”

The short answer
Gonzales sits where I-10 crosses LA 30 in Ascension Parish, with Airline Highway and LA 44 through town and the Lamar Dixon Expo Center pulling in event traffic from Prairieville, Geismar, Sorrento, and St. Amant. That makes it a town of dated things: shows, classes, sales weekends, seasons. Email suits a business like that better than almost anything, because a list of people who came last time is the cheapest way to fill the next one. We built the site for HardyCo Showdown at Lamar Dixon and for Magnolia Driving Academy, which ranks for driving school searches in Gonzales.
