Email Marketing

Email Marketing Central, LA Builders and Crews Can Run.

You finished the roof, the fence, or the new house in Central, shook hands, and drove off. That homeowner has neighbors asking who did the work, and nothing from you to forward. The referral goes cold. We write the follow-up that keeps past jobs sending you new ones.

  • For a Central trade, the list is short and valuable: every estimate you ever wrote and every job you ever finished. Most crews have never sent either group a single message.
  • Estimates go quiet for boring reasons. The homeowner got busy, or was waiting on an insurance adjuster. Two polite follow-ups a week apart settle most of them one way or the other.
  • Tree and roof work follows the weather. A short note before hurricane season, sent to people whose property you already know, is worth more than any ad that week.

What keeps the phone quiet

Where Central trades lose work they already earned.

Estimates nobody chased

You measured, priced it, and emailed a PDF. Then the next job started and that bid was never mentioned again. Some of those homeowners hired the one contractor who called back.

Finished jobs with no next step

A new home or a new roof comes with questions in the first year. If the builder goes silent after the final payment, the homeowner’s story to the neighbors is about the silence.

Two parishes, one phone

Crews here cross the Amite for work every week. Customers on both banks end up in one contact list with no note of where they live, so a message about a job site in one parish reaches everyone.

“I have been working with Clint, BlakSheep for over 2 years now and they have absolutely crushed it for my business. I highly recommend and I send everyone looking for their services to them. My wife just signed up also!”

What you get

Built to book the job.

Follow-up on every written estimate

When a bid is sent, a short series starts: a thank-you with the scope restated, a check-in a week later, and a last note that asks whether to close the file. Any reply ends the series. Part of Grow

After-the-build check-ins

Leblanc & Fresina, home builders in Baton Rouge, have a forms page on the site we built where existing homeowners submit warranty information and documents online. A builder with that in place has a reason to write each owner during the first year, and a place to send them.

Storm season notes for tree and roof crews

American Forestry Services handles tree care and emergency tree removal across Greater Baton Rouge, with a page for each arborist service. Before storm season, a crew like that can send past customers a note about the limbs it flagged on the last visit. See the American Forestry Services site

Referral requests timed to the finish

Two weeks after the final walkthrough, the homeowner gets a thank-you with a review link and a line they can forward to a neighbor. That is when people are proudest of the work.

A list sorted by side of the river

Each contact is tagged by city and parish, so a note about a crew working off Hooper Road goes to Central addresses and a Livingston Parish job goes to that side only.

Photos that feed your site too

The finished-job photos gathered for emails are the same ones a project gallery needs, so one request to the homeowner fills both. Web design in Central

  • “Clint took my company's project much further than I ever expected. His tech experience was fantastic, but even more than that, he guided me in directions I hadn't anticipated. We hadn't planned on some of the changes he suggested, but he made it all bigger, better and bolder.”

  • “Shoutout to our IT wizard for fixing our work email and saving us all from a slow descent into chaos, carrier pigeons, and “did you get my message?” debates. He calmly swooped in, pushed some mysterious buttons only he understands, and—like magic—emails started working again. No dramatic sighs. No eye-rolling (at least not where we could see it). Just quiet competence and the subtle confidence of someone who knows we would’ve absolutely made it worse if we tried ourselves. Emails are flowing. Productivity is restored. Sanity levels have stabilized.”

  • “I cannot RAVE and PRAISE enough about who Clint is as a person AND the amount of talent he holds. Genuine, funny, relaxed, and could not have asked for a better graphic designer to work with. When everyone else didn’t meet the expectations I needed for a really personal project, Clint exceeded above and beyond. THANK YOU to this man and the quality work he resulted me with. I will FOREVER use him in any and all design projects going forward!!!”

    Megan TheriotGoogle review, 2026
  • ““BlakSheep Creative has completely changed how customers find my business.” Before working with Clint and the team, we were basically invisible online. Now we rank at the top of Google for all our core services — brush clearing, forestry mulching, land development — you name it. The leads we get are not just more frequent, they’re better quality. They took the time to understand our business, explained what they were doing in plain English, and followed through with results that speak for themselves. Couldn’t be happier with the service and support. If you own a service business in Livingston Parish and want to grow, this is the crew to call. – Adam Hodges Owner, Hodges Land Management Livingston, Louisiana”

The short answer

Central has been its own city since 2005, on the east side of East Baton Rouge Parish, with Greenwell Springs Road and Hooper Road through it and the Amite River as its east edge. It is mostly neighborhoods, so the local economy leans on home trades: builders, roofers, tree crews, fence and pool companies. Those are big, infrequent jobs, and email is not there to sell a second roof. It follows the estimate that went quiet, checks in after the build, and asks a happy homeowner for a referral while the work is still new. We have not worked for a Central company yet.

Common questions about email marketing in Central

Why would a roofer or builder in Central need email at all?
Not for newsletters. A trade with large one-time jobs uses email for three things: chasing estimates that stalled, staying in touch through the first year after a build, and asking finished customers for referrals and reviews. All three are about people you have already met on a job site.
Do you have a Central client we can call?
Not yet. We have built websites for Baton Rouge home builders and a Greater Baton Rouge tree service, and those are the examples on this page. Our office is in Denham Springs, a short drive over the Amite River, so meeting at your shop or a job site is easy.
How long after an estimate should the first follow-up go out?
The same day, as a thank-you that restates the scope and the price. The second comes about a week later and simply asks if there are questions. A third closes the loop. Homeowners waiting on insurance or a spouse often answer the second one.
We work in Central and across the river. Can the list handle both?
Yes. Every contact carries a city and a parish tag taken from the job address. A message about storm cleanup in Central goes only to Central, and Denham Springs or Watson customers get their own. Nobody receives news about a neighborhood forty minutes from their house.
What will this cost us each month?
The estimate follow-up and review requests are part of Grow, which runs $149, $199, or $299 a month. Building the list from old paperwork and writing seasonal campaigns is priced separately and put in writing before we start. No charge is tied to how many jobs a message helps close.
