Tow Truck Websites That Ring the Dispatch Phone.

Stranded on a dark shoulder with a phone running low, nobody reads a paragraph. They want a number they can tap. Your site loads slowly, tucks the phone into the footer and never says which roads you cover. We build tow truck websites that put the call first and answer the rest.

  • Towing near me draws about 246,000 searches a month in the US (SE Ranking US monthly volume), almost all of them from a phone. The map answers first, and your site has to back it up in seconds.
  • The call is the conversion. A tap-to-call button that stays on screen as the visitor scrolls does more for a towing company than any amount of copy.
  • Impound customers are a different visitor with different questions: where the lot is, when it is open, what to bring and how to pay. A page that answers them keeps those calls off the dispatch line.
  • Say 24/7 only if a truck really rolls at three in the morning. If you run set hours, the site says so, and the driver who needs you after dark is not left waiting on a promise.

What keeps the phone quiet

Why most towing websites lose the call.

The number is hard to find

A large photo of a truck, a slider and a paragraph about the company, with the phone number at the bottom. A driver on the shoulder at night scrolls once, gives up and taps the next listing.

No word on where you go

The site never says which towns, highways or parishes the trucks cover. The caller cannot tell whether you will come out to them, so they call a company that says it plainly.

Impound questions jam the line

People calling for lot hours, release paperwork and what payment you take tie up the dispatcher while a paying tow call rings through to voicemail. A page could have answered every one of them.

“BlakSheep made me an Incredible website and they have even better customer service to make sure all my questions were answered.”

What you get

Built to ring the phone.

Tap to call on every screen

A call button fixed at the top of every page on a phone, large enough to hit with a cold thumb, plus a text option for drivers who cannot talk where they are stranded.

Hours stated honestly

If trucks run around the clock, the site says so in the first screen. If you run set hours or after-hours on call, it says exactly that. Nothing promised that your drivers cannot deliver.

The area you cover

The towns, highways and stretches of road your trucks run, in a list and on a map, so a caller knows in a glance whether you will come to them.

A page for each service you run

Light duty, heavy duty, flatbed, roadside help, lockouts, jump starts, winching and long distance tows, only the ones you offer, each with a short page on what to expect when the truck arrives.

An impound and vehicle release page

Where the lot is, when it is open, what an owner needs to bring to get the vehicle released and how payment works, stated as your company sets it, so those questions stop tying up dispatch.

Accounts for businesses

A page for property managers, repair shops, dealers and fleets who need a towing partner they can call again, with a form that captures the account details before the first call.

Missed calls and follow up with Grow

Grow waives the build fee and adds missed call text back, request intake, a pipeline for account inquiries, follow up and review requests after the tow, on one monthly plan. Grow for towing companies

The short answer

A tow truck website has one job: get a stranded driver to tap call, fast. Our towing website design puts a call button at the top of every screen, states your hours honestly, around the clock or not, shows the area you cover, lists the services you actually run, and gives impound customers the lot hours, paperwork and payment details they need. Fixed quote in writing first. You own the site at launch.

Common questions about web design & development for towing companies

What should a tow truck website include?
A tap-to-call button on every screen, your real hours, the area you cover, a page for each service you run, an impound page with lot hours and release steps, a form for business accounts, and reviews. Nearly every visitor is on a phone and in a hurry, so it has to load fast and get out of the way.
Should our website say we are open 24/7?
Only if it is true. A driver who calls at two in the morning because the site promised round-the-clock service and gets no answer will not call again, and may leave a review about it. If you run set hours or keep someone on call after dark, say that plainly.
Why put impound information on the website?
Because those owners will call otherwise, and every call about lot hours or paperwork ties up the person who should be dispatching trucks. A page with the address, hours, what to bring and how payment works, as your company sets it, answers most of them before the phone rings.
Do police or motor club rotations change what the site needs?
The site does not get you onto a rotation, which is up to the agency or club. What it can do is make your company look as solid as it is to anyone who checks you out, with clear services, coverage and contact details. Mention a rotation only if you are actually on it.
Should we list prices on our towing website?
Some companies list a starting rate for a local tow or a lockout and explain what changes it, such as distance, vehicle size or time of day. Others quote by phone. Either works if the site says how pricing is handled, so the caller is not surprised when the truck arrives.
How much does a tow truck website cost?
Custom websites start at $3,500 for up to five pages, with a fixed quote in writing after a 15-minute call. The website and marketing plan is $500 a month for 12 months with the build fee waived, and Grow pairs the site with missed call text back and follow up. Reduced rates exist, so ask.
