RPM Services Website Launch

Websites · 2026

A commercial property maintenance website for RPM Services in Hammond, with a scroll-built 3D parking lot, named service areas and a quote form for property managers.

RPM Services takes care of the outside of commercial properties around Hammond, Louisiana: parking lot striping, lot repair, dirt work and pressure washing. RPM stands for Ridgley Property Maintenance, and owner Thad Ridgley has been in the trade since 2017.

The people who hire RPM manage properties. They want to know what the company does, where it works and how a job will affect their tenants. So we built the site around those questions, and we gave it one piece of motion built to be remembered.

Show the process instead of describing it

A process section is usually four small boxes of text. On this homepage, the four steps run beside a 3D parking lot built right into the page:

  • As you scroll, the empty lot gets measured, then striped, until the counter reaches 22 lines.
  • Each of the four steps lights up as the lot reaches that stage.
  • Visitors can drag to look around the scene, and it works on phones too.
  • If a device asks for reduced motion, the 3D scene does not load.

Lead with the parking lot, then one contact

RPM does several kinds of work, and a site can easily turn into a long list. The first screen says what the company does and where it starts:

  • The headline names commercial property maintenance, starting with the parking lot.
  • A real RPM job fills the hero, with a short quote form on the same screen.
  • Four plain facts sit below it: the year, the Google rating, the service radius and the number of core services.
  • Every service is listed under one idea, which is one contact for the whole property.

Answer the tenant question early

A property manager's first worry is often the tenants. That answer gets its own section on the homepage, so nobody has to call to find out:

  • Plain copy says the work is phased, so people can still get in.
  • Evening and early work is stated up front, for sites that need it.
  • RPM's own night striping photo sits right beside the copy.

Service pages that teach something

Each service gets a separate page with its own scope, process and questions. The striping page goes further and explains a rule many property managers may not have seen:

  • A section on the Louisiana access-aisle rule, with the statute cited, because a restripe is when it comes due.
  • Sub-services spelled out, so a manager can match the page to the job.
  • Related projects and links to the other services on each page.

A named service area and a quote form that does the work

"Around the region" does not tell a manager much. This site names the parishes and towns, and it treats pricing honestly. There are no posted prices, so the form collects what a real quote needs:

  • A service area page with the parishes and towns inside the roughly 50-mile radius.
  • A quote form that asks for the work, the property town, the timing and up to five photos.
  • A plain three-step description of what happens after the form is sent.
  • Separate, unchecked consent boxes for job texts and promotional texts.

What we built

  • A WordPress site built in Etch, with a brand design system in RPM's garnet, ink and paper colors.
  • Hand-coded motion with GSAP and Three.js, including the 3D lot and a closing section that paints its own stalls.
  • Home, services, four service pages, projects, service area, about, contact, quote and blog pages, plus privacy, terms, cookie, accessibility and disclaimer pages.
  • General contractor, service and breadcrumb structured data.
  • Analytics that track form leads, phone clicks and email clicks as events.
