Flashpoint Pressure Washing Website Launch

Client: Flashpoint Pressure Washing · web development · 2026

A pressure washing website for Flashpoint, a firefighter-owned company in West Baton Rouge Parish, built around one line: no bridge between us and you.

Flashpoint Pressure Washing website shown on desktop, laptop, tablet and phone

Flashpoint Pressure Washing is a brand-new exterior cleaning company in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, owned and run by David Knouse, a working firefighter. It is going up against crews that already have a name around Baton Rouge, so the site had to give homeowners a clear reason to make Flashpoint the first call.

That reason is geography. Flashpoint works the west side of the Mississippi, and the site says it in one line: no bridge between us and you.

Open with the problem, not a price

The homepage leads with what a homeowner actually notices, in plain language:

  • Your house doesn't look old. It looks dirty.
  • The green on the north side isn't age. It's growth, and it comes off.
  • A real driveway photo from a real job, half washed, so the difference is obvious before anyone reads a word.

The owner is the differentiator

David is a working firefighter, and the site carries that through without overplaying it. One line does the work: same standards, different uniform. The About page shows David himself, not a stock photo, with his own words about showing up and doing the job right.

Built for the west bank

Local search decides who gets the call, so the site is organized around where Flashpoint works:

  • A service-area section listing the parishes and towns it covers on both sides of the river.
  • Town pages for Port Allen, Brusly, Addis, Plaquemine, Erwinville and Baton Rouge, each with real local detail instead of a swapped city name.
  • Send a photo, get a number: the simplest way to ask for an estimate, from a phone.

What we built

  • A custom Next.js and Tailwind CSS site in Flashpoint's black and red, with the flame logo.
  • Eight service pages, from house washing and driveway cleaning to soft washing, roof, gutter and window cleaning, each written around a question people search.
  • A blog that answers the questions homeowners ask, including soft washing versus pressure washing and why the north side of a house turns green.
