Websites and Marketing for Nonprofits Doing Good Work.

Your mission is bigger than your budget, and the website shows it: an old page, a donate button nobody finds, and volunteers who sign up and never hear back. Donors and grantmakers check that site before they say yes. We build nonprofit websites and marketing that make the work as visible as it is good.

  • Google gives qualifying nonprofits up to $10,000 a month in search ads through Google Ad Grants. We set the account up and keep it inside Google's rules.
  • A nonprofit website is read by donors, volunteers, grantmakers and the people you serve. Each one needs a clear next step.
  • Supporters who hear back the same day are the ones who give and volunteer again. A small staff cannot do that by hand.
  • We do a lot of pro bono work and we are proud of it. Most projects are still done at our normal or reduced rates, and we tell you which before anything starts.

Who we are

Built by People Who Show Up on Bad Days.

BlakSheep Creative is owned by Clint L. Sanchez, a veteran and a member of the Baton Rouge Fire Department for 29 years. Our mantra is leave this place better than we found it, and a lot of that has happened through nonprofits.

We have built websites, logos and campaigns for organizations serving veterans, first responders and families in crisis, including The Legion Fund, Guardian Day Foundation, Warrior Ridge, BR Soldier Outreach, Cajun Navy, Capital Area Surviving the Bleed and Pinnacle Search and Rescue.

Proof

What Good Content Did for a Veterans Nonprofit.

The Legion Fund supports veterans and members of the 5th Special Forces Group. We built its website, with donation pages, a store, and pages that explain the unit's history and what a Green Beret is.

From October 2025 to October 2026, Google showed the site 880,233 times and sent 4,065 visitors, with 3,882 searches ranking on page one. The page about what a Green Beret is drew 551,775 impressions on its own. People who had never heard of the Fund found it because it answered a question they were already asking.

How pricing works

Pennies on the Dollar. No Pennies? No Problem.

We want to work with nonprofits as clients, and we also do a lot of pro bono work. Both are true, so here is exactly how it works. You will know which one applies before anything starts.

Tell us about the mission. We listen before we decide what is possible.

Our normal rates

Most projects. A fixed quote in writing before work starts. Custom websites start at $3,500 and the marketing plan is $500 a month.

Reduced rates

When an organization doing good work needs a professional presence and the full price would stop it, we substantially reduce the rate.

Pennies on the dollar

Some projects we take on for a fraction of the usual cost, because helping that mission succeed has value of its own.

Pro bono

Sometimes the budget is missing entirely, and we do the work for free. We cannot do that for everyone, but we will always hear your case.

How it starts

One Conversation, Then a Plan in Writing.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the mission

Use the form below or call. What the organization does, who it serves, and what you need help with.

  2. 02

    A 15-minute call

We listen first, then tell you plainly what we can do and which pricing applies.

  3. 03

    Scope and price in writing

What we will build or run, what it costs, or that it is pro bono, written down before any work starts.

  4. 04

    You own everything

The site, the domain, the content and every login belong to the organization, so the next staff member or board can pick it up.

The short answer

BlakSheep Creative is a veteran- and firefighter-owned nonprofit marketing agency in Denham Springs, Louisiana. We build websites for nonprofits, run their Google Ad Grants accounts, and handle SEO, email, social media and volunteer and donor follow-up. Most nonprofit projects are done at our normal or reduced rates, some for pennies on the dollar, and a lot of them pro bono. Tell us about the mission and we will tell you what is possible.

Common questions

Do you really do pro bono work for nonprofits?
Yes, a lot of it, and we are proud of it. We cannot do it for every organization, because there are only so many hours, so most nonprofit work is done at our normal or reduced rates. Tell us about the mission and we will tell you honestly what we can do.
What does a nonprofit website cost?
Custom websites start at $3,500 at our normal rates, with a fixed quote in writing before work starts. For many nonprofits we reduce that substantially, sometimes to pennies on the dollar, and some sites we build pro bono. You will know which applies after a 15-minute call.
Can you manage our Google Ad Grant?
Yes. Google gives qualifying nonprofits up to $10,000 a month in search ads, and keeping the account active means meeting Google's rules every month, including a minimum click-through rate and tracked conversions. We set it up, run the campaigns and keep it in good standing.
Who owns the website after it is built?
The organization does: the site, the domain, the content and every login. When staff or board members change, the next person gets the written guide and the training instead of a search for passwords. That is true whether the project was paid, reduced or pro bono.
How can you afford to do pro bono work?
BlakSheep Creative is not its owner's main income. Clint Sanchez has a full career with the Baton Rouge Fire Department, which gives the company the freedom to look at some projects differently than an agency that has to get maximum revenue from every hour.
