Divine Cleaning and Janitorial Website Rebuild
Client: Divine Cleaning and Janitorial · web development · 2026
A rebuilt website for Divine Cleaning and Janitorial, a Baton Rouge commercial cleaning company, organized around the walkthrough request that starts every contract.

Divine Cleaning and Janitorial is a commercial cleaning and facility maintenance company led by Charlesetta Davis. It has served offices, schools, daycares, healthcare facilities and government buildings across Baton Rouge and South Louisiana since 2017.
The previous site opened with a slogan and a Contact Us button. The people who hire a commercial cleaner are facility managers and government purchasing offices. They compare vendors, check credentials and expect a quote based on their own building. So we rebuilt the site around the step that starts every contract: the walkthrough.

The homepage opens with the real crew and one ask
The first screen shows a Divine team member at work in a school, not a stock office. One primary button repeats down the page: Request a Walkthrough. The certification and the year the company started sit right under it.
A form that does the pre-quote work
Commercial cleaning is quoted after someone walks the building. The walkthrough form collects what that visit needs:
- Facility type, address or city, and approximate square footage.
- The services needed and how often.
- A field for public-sector work, with room for a solicitation or bid number.
- Preferred days and times, plus access and security notes.
One page per service
Each of the nine services has its own page, from contract cleaning and hard surface floor care to pressure washing and window cleaning. Each one is written for someone comparing vendors and ends with the same walkthrough request.
Pricing that explains itself
A commercial cleaning price depends on the building, so the pricing page does not post a number it cannot keep. It lays out what changes the cost: size and layout, frequency, condition, restrooms and high-use areas, floor types, and schedule.
Credentials a buyer can check
Divine is certified by the SBA as a Women-Owned Small Business and an Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business. The site says so and links to the company's record in the SBA Small Business Search. The About page lists the identifiers a procurement office looks for.
What we built
- A WordPress and Elementor site in the company's navy, teal and gold, using the team's own job photos.
- Nine service pages, a pricing page, an FAQ, a careers page and a leadership and crew page.
- A walkthrough request form connected to the company's CRM, with a separate path for job applicants.
- An accessibility statement and policy pages, for buyers who have to ask for them.
