Client Onboarding

Welcome aboard. This is where your project officially starts.

The onboarding form below collects everything our team needs to begin work without a dozen back-and-forth emails: your business details, brand assets, goals, competitors, and the logins we need to get to work.

Here is what we ask about:

• Business Basics: Your legal name, service area, hours, and the best contact for approvals.
• Brand Assets: Logos, colors, fonts, and photos you already have (and what you still need).
• Goals: What a win looks like for you, whether that is more calls, more bookings, or a site you are proud of.
• Audience and Competitors: Who you want to reach and who you are up against.
• Access: Domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, and any accounts we need to connect.

It takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Your answers save as you go, so you can gather logins and come back if you need to.
