The Way Church was celebrating its 10th anniversary and wanted to update its church website.
We were contracted to redesign and redevelop the church’s existing church website.
Step 1: Website Audit
We worked with the church to first complete an audit of their existing website and used heat maps to identify problem areas.
We then came up with a church website redesign concept that the church loved, discussing it at length to ensure all church leadership was on board.
Step 2: The New Design
After church leadership, staff, and volunteers approved the church website redesign concept, and we worked together to design and develop the new website.
A lot of time was spent planning to ensure the redesign and redeveloped site would be what the church needed.
Parts of the site, such as the event calendar, required custom CSS to match the church’s branding.
Step 3: Launch
We chose to use the WordPress CMS so the church could easily maintain its site.
WordPress allows ministry leaders to add new events, blog posts, and features without needing technical expertise. (of course, we’re here for them if they encounter a problem or have an issue.)
Step 4: Post Launch Updates and SEO
We provide ongoing maintenance and updates as well as implement new features for this church’s website.
We also worked with the Way Church to optimize its search engine rankings on Google and other search engines.
End-Product: The Way Church Denham Springs’ New Website
The Way Church Denham Springs is now using our redesigned and redeveloped church website for its online ministry.
