BlakSheep Creative was contracted to design and develop a new website for Fort Smith Industrial Supply.
The website features an online store with nearly 2700 products and information about the company’s products and services. The website is built on the WordPress framework featuring the Astra Theme and Elementor Page Builder and a lot of manual CSS and PHP coding.
The project posed some unique challenges that our team was able to overcome and deliver a website that the client was thrilled with. We’re proud of our work on this project, and we hope you enjoy taking a look at it!

Challenges
2700 products are quite a lot to load onto one eCommerce website. We had to carefully consider how to best display the products and make it easy for users to find what they were looking for.
Fortunately, the client already had a database with all of the product information that we were able to use. We imported this data into WooCommerce and used their built-in features to help with organization.
In addition, we wanted the website to have a modern look and feel that would appeal to the target audience. After some research, we decided on a clean and minimal design that would be easy to navigate.
We also wanted to ensure the website was responsive and looked good on all devices. Our designers achieved this by using a responsive theme and testing the website on different devices throughout development.
Results
The result is an industrial supply website design that is easy to use, looks great, and is responsive on all devices. The client is thrilled with the result, and we’re proud of our work on this project.
